Dr. Kotter earned Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Andrews University and a Master of Public Health degree from Loma Linda University.
He served as a pastor for 35 years and has lectured in Canada, Estonia and the United States.
His wife Bonnie is a freelance writer who was on the editorial staff of the Lake Union Herald, served as assistant to the president of Franklin Computer, an electronic book publisher, and is a published author.
